Was very disappointed with the lack of communication and empty promises by Justin. They sent someone out to my house to measure but I had to continually call Justin to get a quote and date that he never responded to. Was left high and dry. A complete waste of my time, unfortunately. Responding to Justin's reply: Respectfully declined the job? Would you like me to show the text messages we exchanged to prove that you left me on read? How I called you numerous times without a single call back to "respectfully decline" as you say? Please, don't lie to try to get yourself to look better. Own up to the fact that you left a customer waiting without even having the courtesy to respond. And yes, a promise was made when you sent that boy out to measure my bathroom.
